It’s Day 5 of Summer in March! I decided to go the healthy route for my last post of the series… Since summer inevitably means showing a little more skin, why not start a little exercise routine? Your reward… well, besides just getting healthier, how about a delicious post-workout protein shake?

I’ve mentioned before that I absolutely adore the Tone It Up girls. Today I’ve included links to their Beach babe and Bikini Series work out videos! Divide these up throughout the week and throw in a little running and you’ll be on your way to a great summer ready body 😉

There are 7 links above and how many days in the week? You do the math. Each one is under 10 minutes…doable?! Heck yes! After you get your exercise in for the day mix up this delicious Strawberry Mango protein smoothie.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
2 Tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Coconut water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Optional: handful of spinach

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Adjust portions based on taste. I sometimes add the spinach to get the extra nutrients, you won’t even be able to taste it. Just close your eyes if the brown color grosses you out 🙂 Enjoy!
